简介：本系列是轮胎压路机，主要适合于路面工程中各种粘性和非粘性材料，如沙石，碎石，稳定土，沥青混泥土，干硬性混凝土等材料的压实，尤其适宜于是高等级公路的沥青面层的最终处理，是建设高等级公路、机场、市政工程及工业场地的高性能压实设备。

    Pneumatic smooth-tire rollers is suitable for compaction of various cohesive and non-cohesive materials such as sandy soil, crushed stone, stabilized soils, bituminous concrete and rolling cement concrete(RCC) on road surface constrction, especially for compaction of asphalt surface on high-class highway, which is super quality compaction equipments for high-class highway, airport, municipal road and industrial ground.


    1.大功率工程机械专用发动机，动力强劲，性能可靠。

    Reliable and powerful engine specially applied for high-power engineering machinery

    2.行走系统为静液压闭式回路，二档无级变速，换向平稳，停车换档对路面冲击小。用一个操纵杆即可实现起步、加速、减速、换向、停车等操作，方便省力。

    Hydrostatic travel system of closed circuit at two-gear infinitely variable speed features smooth and even gearshift, resulting in less shock to road ground. Only a single lever can perform travel starting, accelerating, decelerating, reversing, stopping, etc. for effortless operations .

    3. 通过湿砂（钢砂）可调节压路机配重和接地比压，调节方便，调节范围大.

    Operating weight and ground contact pressure can be adjusted by filling steel or wet sand with greater ballast adjusting scope.

    4.动力洒水系统三级过滤，管道部件采用防锈材料，大容量玻璃缸水箱，延长作业时间。往复膜片电泵洒水压力高，性能可靠。

    5.独立三级制动系统：行车制动为静液压闭式制动，具有自锁功能。停车制动为中央盘式制动器，采用弹簧压紧液压释放控制，当发动机熄火时或断油时自动实现，也可用开关操作实现。紧急制动直接作用于驱动轮，气推油助力操纵，操作轻便，安全可靠

    Three-stage independent braking system: Service brake with self-lock function use the hydraulic closed circuit. Parking brake of central disc brake, with spring-applied and hydraulically released (SAHR) control, may be performed automatically while engine shutdown or cutoff of the hydraulic circuit, or also by switch control. Emergency brake directly on driving wheels are operated by air-liquid power-assist control for convenient control and reliable safety.

    6.整机采用大圆弧的流线造型，发动机罩壳为三段式玻璃钢弧线造型结构，既保证机型美观，又扩大了视线。
