用途 Applications
本系列是重型全液压单钢轮振动压路机,主要适合于基础层、次基础层及填方的砾石、碎石、砂石混合料,沙性土壤和岩石填方等非粘性材料的压实,是建设高等级公路、铁路、机场、港口、堤坝及大型工业场地的理想压实设备。

发动机 Engine

发动机设有全封闭加压型冷却水箱,新型强化清洁进气过滤装置,保证整机在高原及沙漠等复杂环境中均能正常工作。
The diesel engine is equipped with close-pressured auxiliary water tank and air intake cleaning device, suited for compaction work even in the areas of plateau and desert.
传动系统 Transmissions
全液压传动,双驱动,前轮由液压马达通过轮边减速机驱动,后轮液压马达通过驱动桥带动,具有良好的驱动性能和爬坡能力,避免了被动轮对地面的推移作用,碾压后的路面不会出现波纹和裂痕;
Hydrostatic wheel & drum travel drive, the front drum is driven by the hydraulic motor via drum reducer and rear wheel by the hydraulic motor via drive axle, may gain stronger traction and gradeability capacity, availing squeeze action to the ground and never occurring wave and crack of road surface after compaction has completed.
前轮工作部分分配比大,钢轮线压力大,有效增强了压实功能;
Front drum for working is distributed more portion of total weight with greater linear load, effectively enhancing compaction action.
行走系统为静液压闭式回路,无级变速,换向平稳,用一个操纵杆即可实现起步、加速、减速、换向、停车等操作,方便省力;
Hydrostatic travel system of closed circuit features a infinitely variable speed and smooth and even gearshift. Only a single lever can perform starting, accelerating, decelerating, reversing and stopping of the roller for effortless operations.
压路机行走有4个速度范围,其中1速和4速分别为压实作业和高速转场时使用,2速和3速分别为前进上坡、后退上坡使用具有防滑转功能。
Roller travels at four speed ranges, range 1 and 4 of which are used for compaction and transportation operation, whereas range 2 and 3 for running forward upslope or backward upslope with some anti-slip on tough ground.
制动 Brake
行车制动为静液压闭式系统自锁功能,与停车制动同时联动作用,制动迅速可靠。
Service brake with self-lock function of the hydraulic closed circuit is applied simultaneously with the parking brake for reliability and prompt.
停车制动/紧急制动作用在前钢轮和后桥两侧半轴上,为油浴式多盘制动器,采用弹簧压紧液压释放控制,当发动机熄火时或断油时自动实现,也可用开关操作实现,安全可靠;

振动系统 Vibration
振动系统由高压柱塞泵和马达组成闭式液压回路,能快速起振和停振,有效避开机体共振区间。
Vibration system of hydraulic closed circuit, consisting of the high-pressure piston pump and motor, may start and stop vibration rapidly, effectively keep away ranges of possible resonance of the machine’s body.
根据先进振动压实原理确定的振动频率和激振力,振动影响深度大,压实效果好。采用低频高振幅和高频低振幅振动配置,可以满足不同材料的压实需要;
Vibration frequency and amplitude are determined according to the latest compaction principle with greater effective depth and optimum compaction effect. Vibration setting as Hi-fre /Low-ampl or Low-fre / Hi-ampl can meet compaction requirements for different materials.
振动轮为本公司获得国家专利授权的“新型振动轮结构”,独有的幅板双面焊技术、阻尼变幅机构,设计先进,性能优良;

转向系统 Steering
转向系统为奥尔比特液压动力转向,操作轻便省力,柴油机熄火时具有手动转向功能;
“Orbital” hydraulic power steering system minimizes operational effort. Handed steering can be completed when the engine has been stopped off.
重型铰接架采用四点接触轴承,转向平稳,对地面适应能力强。
Heavy duty articulated joint is fitted with the four point contact ball bearing for smoother steering and stronger adaptability to tough terrain
外观 Appearance
外观造型为流线形设计,大圆弧玻璃驾驶室和整体玻璃钢机罩协调美观大方,形成独特的外观造型风格。

操作 Control

保养 Maintenance

The engine mounted with backward power output and opened-turnover engine hood allow the operator easily near to the machine, ensuring easy access to the main hydraulic components for maintenance.
花盘式驱动盘,方便橡胶减振器的单独拆卸与保养。
The driving plate design of the flower pattern facilitate separate dismount and maintenance of the rubber damper
完善的仪表和报警监控系统保证了操作人员随时了解整机各系统的工作情况。各液压系统均设有检测端口,并配有便携式检测仪和液压油过滤机,保证了操作人员随时对液压系统进行保养和检测。
