一、 简介：
I.      Introduction:
YTA820锚杆钻机引进德国胡特技术，在产品结构形式、液压工作原理、动力头组合样式、施工工艺方法等方面都具备国内领先地位。
YTA820 jumbolter brings in Germany Huth technology. It is in leading position domestically in China on aspect of product structure type, hydraulic operating principle, power head combination pattern and construction technology and method etc.
二、   产品性能特点：
II.     Product Performance Features:
1、      速度高：本机液压系统采用负荷传感变量系统，操作省力、灵活、精确、比例特性好，动力头快进速度达到1m/s。
1.        High speed: The hydraulic system of this machine adopts load-sensing variable system. It saves labor in course of operation. Its operation is flexible and accurate with good proportion character. The power head speed can reach 1m/s.
3、      操作灵活：通过两组滑架四连杆机构的配合运动，可实现滑架多方位旋转或倾斜，进而实现钻机左、右、前、下及多种倾斜施工动作，极大的增强了该钻机的场地适应性和灵活性，操作方便灵活。
3.        Flexible operation: Through the coordinating movement of two groups of slide frame four-connecting rod, it can realize multi-direction rotation or bias of the slide frame so as to realize the rightward, leftward, forward and downward movements of the jumbolter and several kinds of inclined construction. It greatly enhances the adaptability and flexibility of such jumbolter on the spot and the operation is convenient and flexible.
4、      螺纹补偿机构：动力头上增加了螺纹补偿机构。换装钻杆时方便快捷，降低了操作难度。同时保护了钻杆螺纹，有效延长了钻杆的使用寿命，避免了换装钻杆时液压系统的猛烈冲击。
4.        Thread compensation mechanism: Thread compensation mechanism is added onto the power head. It is convenient and fast to change drill pipe and reduces the difficulty of the operation. Meanwhile it protects the thread of the drill pipe, effectively prolongs the service life of the drill pipe and avoid the severe impact of the hydraulic system in course of changing drill pipe.
5、      双动力头配置（选装）：双动力头工法是锚杆钻机专门用于硬岩深孔施工的一种施工方法。通过内外杆的双向旋转（一正一反）和内杆的液压冲击或空气冲击，在硬岩层上实现快速钻进。在软土层有效钻进深度可达200米，并可钻进弱风化岩石层。
5.        Dual power head configuration (optional): Dual power head construction method is used dedicatedly for hard rock deep hole construction of the jumbolter. Through bidirection rotation (forward and reverse) of internal & external pipes and the hydraulic impact of the internal pipe or air impact, it realizes fast drilling on hard rock. The effective drilling depth on soft soil can reach 200m and it can be used to drill weak air-slake rock layer.
